FOR ROOFING CONTRACTORS
EXCLUSIVE LEAD.
SAME BID FIGHT.
You paid for the lead. The homeowner can still call three other roofers. Rent Roofing Sites lets you rent the local assets that bring in calls—not buy each lead.
YOU BOUGHT A LEAD. NOT THE JOB.
- ONE SELLER. MORE BIDS.
A seller may send a lead only to you. That does not stop the homeowner from calling other roofers. You still have to win the job.
- THE LOST BID STILL COSTS.
You stop work. Make the call. Drive out. Write the quote. If you lose, the lead fee and your time are still gone.
- CHEAP LEADS CAN COST MORE.
A low lead price means little if few turn into jobs. Count what you spent to win each job—and what is left after the work.

IS YOUR MARKET STILL OPEN?
Questions
What does exclusive mean if the homeowner gets other bids?
It may mean a lead seller sends that inquiry only to you. It does not mean the homeowner only calls you. With our rental, any exclusive access to assets and their call flow must be stated in your agreement.
What do I rent, and what happens if I stop paying?
You rent access to agreed local roofing assets and systems. These can include local sites, service pages, call routing, forms, chat, and follow-up. It is not permanent ownership. Access depends on continued payment under your agreement.
Do you guarantee leads?
No. We do not guarantee leads, call volume, rankings, or jobs. We can look at your market and discuss what to track. Even a call sent only to your team still has to turn into a won job.
What does it cost, and is it better than buying leads?
We discuss terms on the call. Renting is not better just because it is different. Compare the full cost, real calls, won jobs, and profit left after the work. Your own site may also play a part.
Why trust someone with a barbering background on roofing leads?
A background in barbering is not proof that roofing marketing works. Ask us to show what you would rent, where calls go, and how results are tracked. Judge the setup and clear terms—not a sales story about exclusive leads.
