Terms of Service

Rent Roofing Sites builds and runs roofing websites, phone lines, and ad campaigns. We send the calls and leads to the roofing partner who holds each territory.

By using our sites, filling out a form, calling or texting our numbers, chatting with our assistant, or joining a program, you agree to these terms.

When you ask for roof help, we share your request with the roofing partner in your area. That partner is an independent business, not us.

The roofing partner is responsible for their own work, prices, licenses, insurance, and warranties. Any agreement for roof work is between you and them.

We do not guarantee that a roofer will contact you, or that any job will be done to your satisfaction.

Territories are exclusive: one roofer per territory, while your program is active and in good standing.

Leads and calls are billed as described in your program agreement. You agree to pay valid invoices on time.

We do not guarantee a set number of leads, calls, jobs, or revenue. Results depend on your market, your sales process, and your work.

You are responsible for your own licensing, insurance, permits, and compliance with all laws, including telemarketing and texting rules.

You may not resell, share, or transfer leads outside your company without our written OK.

Calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality, billing, and dispute purposes.

If you give us a phone number, you agree to receive calls and texts about your request or program. Reply STOP to end texts at any time.

Our chat assistant uses artificial intelligence. It may not always be right. A human may review or join a chat at any time.

Do not send fake leads, spam our forms, or try to break, copy, or reverse-engineer our systems.

Do not use our sites or content for anything unlawful or misleading.

Our websites, logos, text, images, and systems belong to us. You may not copy them without permission.

Our services are provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost jobs, or indirect damages.

Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Either side may end a program as described in its agreement. Fees already earned are still due.

When a program ends, the territory opens back up and the microsite and phone number stay ours.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

If we change these terms, we will post the new version here with a new date.
