Who we connect to
You keep the system you already use. We find the roofing jobs, and the leads land in your CRM — with the name, phone, address, and problem attached. No retyping. No switching software.
Every connection below is labeled honestly. "Works today" means it is built and in use. "Planned" means it is not built yet — and we say so.
Works today
Jobber
Works todayDirect connection. Sign in to Jobber and new leads arrive as a client + request.
How it works: Press Connect Jobber, sign in as a Jobber admin, and press Allow.
JobNimbus
Works todayDirect connection. Paste your JobNimbus API key and new leads arrive as a contact + job.
How it works: In JobNimbus, open Settings → API, make a new key, and paste it here.
AccuLynx
Works todayDirect connection. Paste your AccuLynx API key and new leads arrive as AccuLynx leads.
How it works: In AccuLynx, open Account Settings → Integrations → API Keys, add a key, copy it, and paste it here. You must be an AccuLynx admin.
HighLevel
Works todayConnect HighLevel with one sign-in. New leads land as contacts and opportunities.
How it works: Press Connect HighLevel, sign in to your HighLevel account, and press Allow.
HubSpot
Works todayDirect connection. Paste your HubSpot private app token and new leads arrive as a contact + note.
How it works: In HubSpot, open Settings → Integrations → Private Apps → Create a private app. Turn on crm.objects.contacts read + write, create it, copy the token, and paste it here.
Zapier
Works todayWorks now. Sign in with a key. No webhook link needed.
How it works: Click Make Zapier Key, then pick Rent Roofing Sites in Zapier and paste the key.
Make
Works todayWorks now. Paste a Custom Webhook link.
How it works: Add a “Webhooks → Custom webhook” module, copy the link, paste it here.
Pipedream
Works todayWorks now. Paste an HTTP trigger link.

Generic Webhook
Works todayWorks now. We POST signed JSON to any https link.
How it works: Paste any https link that accepts JSON. Each send is signed so you can check it came from us.
Email Alert
Works todayBackup alert. Email sends are held for review for now.
How it works: Add the email address that should get lead alerts.
Text Alert
Works todayWorks now. Texts the lead's name and phone to your cell.
How it works: Add the cell phone that should get lead texts.
Planned next
These are not built yet. Until they are, the leads still reach you through Zapier, a webhook, email, or text.
ServiceTitan
PlannedNative connection planned. Needs a ServiceTitan developer app.

What happens to every lead
- • The lead is saved in our system first, so it is never lost — even if your CRM is down.
- • We send it to your chosen connection with the caller's name, phone, address, and roofing problem.
- • Every send is tracked: queued, sent, delivered, or failed. Failures retry automatically.
- • If a send ever fails for good, you still get the lead by text or email. Nothing disappears.
