Everything before "AccuLynx" is the part a CRM does not do. That is the part we build.

01

You already have software to manage the jobs. Who is creating the jobs?

AccuLynx is built to run roofing work once it exists: contacts, estimates, production, crews and money. That is a real job and it matters. But no CRM makes a homeowner search for a roofer. An empty pipeline in great software is still an empty pipeline.

So ask yourself one honest question before you sign in. Where did this week's new opportunities come from? If the answer is referrals you cannot control, or a lead seller who sold the same name to four other roofers, the problem is upstream of your CRM.

02

Still buying shared roofing leads?

Shared leads mean a race. The homeowner fills out one form and the phone rings from four or five roofers. Whoever calls first wins most of the time, and everyone else paid for the privilege of losing.

Many roofers keep paying Angi, HomeAdvisor, Thumbtack or other brokers month after month because the leads do not stop if the bill is paid. But the attention belongs to the broker, not to you. Stop the payment and the flow stops.

  • Still fighting 4–5 roofers for the same homeowner?
  • Still paying for names that never answer?
  • Still unsure which source actually closes?
03

Stop renting leads. Own the territory.

Rent Roofing Sites builds and owns local roofing websites and phone numbers. You rent a territory. Calls, forms and texts from that territory go to one roofer: you. Here is what is part of that setup today.

  • A local roofing search site for your territory, built and run by our network
  • An exclusive tracking number for that site
  • SEO, content and local service pages kept up by our team
  • Call, form and text attribution so you see what came from where
  • AI receptionist and missed-call text back so leads are not lost after hours
  • Lead routing to the roofer who holds the territory
  • One roofer per territory
  • Lead delivery into your CRM where a connection is supported, with email or text backup
04

What we will not promise

We do not own Google and nobody can promise a ranking. We do not guarantee a number of calls or jobs. Search results, weather and your own follow-up all change the outcome. What we do promise is how the system works: who owns the site, who gets the calls, and how leads reach you. Prices are set in a written agreement before anything starts.

05

Keep AccuLynx. We build what happens before the lead enters it.

You do not need to switch CRMs. Our hub can send new leads into AccuLynx as AccuLynx leads using an API key your AccuLynx admin creates. If that push ever fails, the lead is still saved in our hub and you get a backup alert. Your CRM stays your system for running jobs. We stay focused on filling it.

CHECKLIST

What should happen before a lead hits AccuLynx?

  • A real person or AI answers fast. A homeowner with a leak calls the next roofer if nobody picks up.
  • Missed calls get a text back. A short text keeps the job warm while you are on a roof.
  • The source is attached. You know which site, page and number brought the call.
  • Duplicates are caught. The same homeowner calling twice should be one lead, not two.
  • The lead lands in AccuLynx. Name, phone, address, problem and source arrive without retyping.
  • A backup alert exists. If a CRM push fails, you still get the lead by email or text.

RUN YOUR NUMBERS

What are shared leads really costing you?

Enter your own four numbers. Every box starts at zero because we do not know your market.

Math only, not a forecast. $997 is our per-site monthly price; setup and per-call fees are set in a written agreement. We do not promise any number of leads or jobs.

Keep AccuLynx. Fill it with exclusive roofing opportunities.

Stop buying shared leads. See what your roofing market could produce, then decide.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

AccuLynx login questions

What is the official AccuLynx login page?

The sign-in page linked from AccuLynx's own website is my.acculynx.com/signin. Check that address in your browser bar before entering a password.

Is this page part of AccuLynx?

No. Rent Roofing Sites is an independent roofing lead network. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by AccuLynx. We link to their official sign-in page so you can get where you were going.

How do I reset my AccuLynx password?

Use the reset link on the official AccuLynx sign-in page. If you are locked out, your company's AccuLynx admin manages user accounts. We cannot see or change AccuLynx accounts.

Is there an AccuLynx mobile app?

Get it only from the Apple App Store or Google Play, check that AccuLynx is the publisher, and sign in with your normal account.

Do I have to stop using AccuLynx to work with you?

No. Keep AccuLynx. We create local demand and can deliver leads into AccuLynx with an API key from your admin, plus an email or text backup.

Are your leads shared with other roofers?

No. A territory goes to one roofer, so calls and forms from that territory's site go to that roofer only.

Do you guarantee rankings or a number of leads?

No. Nobody controls Google. We explain the system, the territory and the costs in writing, and you see every call and form with its source.
