01

A photo is proof only with context and permission

CompanyCam helps teams document roofing projects. That can be valuable in the field and after a job is done. But a folder of excellent images is not automatically a public marketing channel. Publishing requires permission, a truthful description, and a place where local searchers can find it.

Do not export private customer pictures into a public website by default. If you can use a photo, remove identifying information you do not have permission to share. Name the roofing issue and what a contractor should inspect, not an invented result or review.

02

Turn approved documentation into useful answers

Select a real job with permission and a clear diagnostic lesson. Pair the image with a short explanation of the symptom, what the roofer checked, and what a homeowner should do next. Link it to the relevant service and local page only if the details are true.

The content multiplier below counts possible pieces of material from jobs you enter. It does not assume anyone grants rights, that pages rank, or that views become calls. Our network manages its own content process; we do not claim a live CompanyCam integration.

  • Permission recorded before publishing
  • No customer names without consent
  • No made-up location or outcome
  • One real issue per page
03

The handoff is still a lead, not a photo

If someone finds a local roofing page and calls, our job is to track and route that contact to the assigned roofer. CompanyCam remains a photo documentation tool. Your team decides whether to document the new job in it.

No lead volume, search ranking, CRM connection or closed job is guaranteed. The network owns the site and phone; a roofer rents access under a written territory agreement. Check supported delivery methods with your team before connecting software.

CHECKLIST

What should happen before a lead hits CompanyCam?

  • Get permission first. Do not publish a roof or address without the proper rights and homeowner consent.
  • Explain the repair. Describe the actual problem and method, not a fabricated testimonial.
  • Measure discovery. Track whether a useful page attracts inquiries; do not assume each photo makes a lead.

Keep CompanyCam. Look at a roofing territory alongside it.

See whether a separate local source makes sense for your actual coverage, capacity and budget. No lead count is promised.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

CompanyCam login questions

What is the official CompanyCam login?

Use https://app.companycam.com/signin. This independent page does not collect CompanyCam credentials. Check the address bar before entering your account information.

Is this CompanyCam's website or support desk?

No. Rent Roofing Sites is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by CompanyCam. Account help belongs with CompanyCam or your company's administrator.

How do I recover my CompanyCam account?

Use the reset or help option at https://app.companycam.com/signin; your company administrator or CompanyCam support can help if that fails. We cannot change your account.

Does CompanyCam create roofing demand for me?

Photos can support marketing only when you have permission, useful context and a distribution channel. We do not claim an automatic connection or guaranteed new leads.

No. Keep CompanyCam for the work it does. Our network focuses on territory sites, tracked leads and delivery; confirm a supported delivery method for your specific setup.

Are territory results guaranteed?

No. Rankings, calls and sales depend on your market and follow-up. Review your actual market and agreement before making a decision.
