List the last thirty new homeowner inquiries, or use a month with reliable records. Assign one primary source to each, then find the largest share. If you cannot name the source, mark it unknown rather than guessing. Compare the mix again after any channel changes.

If a referral partner supplies most new work, losing that partner could leave empty days. If paid shared leads dominate, ask whether the same homeowners are reaching other roofers. A network-owned local site can add a separate channel, but it is not guaranteed to produce a fixed volume.
