Build a territory decision sheet

Start with capacity: how many additional appointments can you handle without slowing existing customers? Check which roofing jobs fit your license, crews and travel radius. Then estimate the value of one additional won job using your actual gross profit, not total contract price.

Finally list acquisition costs from the written territory proposal, including any setup or qualifying-call fees. Compare that with your own expected outcomes and uncertainty. A network-owned website stays with the network; you rent access, not title to the domain or phone number.
